Facebook Ads in Q4 - Get Ahead Of The Competition

Get Ahead of the rest in Q4!

I love September, it feels like a fresh start, a second January in the business year. 🍂 The holidays are behind us and everyone is back at the desk and (mostly!) ready to tackle new challenges and opportunities.

If you're considering launching a programme or course, NOW is the time to solidify your goals.

Why the rush?

Q4 is just around the corner, and it's not just another busy season.

November and December are the most competitive months for advertising. There’s a lot going on with Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas etc. More people are advertising and more competition equals higher CPMs.

So to stay ahead of the competition, you'll want to start planning your campaigns now. Don't wait until the last minute.

You may think about cutting your ad spend at this time, but people are online in a buying frame of mind, so actually, it can be a good time to advertise.

The key is to do your groundwork in September and October.

Focus on campaigns that grow awareness and add value, this will help you to build warm audiences.

Once you’ve figured out your best-performing ads and angles, you can come in strong in November and December by advertising to your warm audiences.

CMPs for warm audiences tend to increase less than cold audiences during this time. Plus warm audiences already know you, so they have a much better chance of a good conversion rate.

There are also other great opportunities to be had.

Did you know that; "For the five days between Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday, Facebook’s CPM dropped 37% y-o-y" ? (Hootsuite, 2023)

You could take advantage of this reduced cost and run a short promotion during this period.

Whether you decide to run your campaigns before 'silly season' or you're running ads during Q4, now is the time to start planning your Facebook advertising strategy.

Then you won't have to worry about campaigns while doing your Christmas shopping, no one wants that added stress!! 😰

I'm curious to hear about your goals and initiatives. Hit reply and let me know what you have in store!
